Vera Institute

The Vera Institute of Justice is an independent nonprofit research and policy organization working to improve justice systems across the country. The organization retained Newgrange Construction to provide construction management and general contracting services in their move to their new headquarters in Brooklyn’s Industry City neighborhood. Originally a manufacturing warehouse, the two-floor 36,000 sf office space is connected by a decorated cast-iron staircase. Spurring creativity within the workspace, the headquarters features local artistry and flexible meeting and presentation space. The project, in partnership with STUDIOS design, was honored as a CORENET NYC chapter project of the year.
