Newgrange Construction provided preconstruction and construction management services for the Cure Education and Conference Center, located in one of New York City’s premier life science campuses. 

The conference center can be adjusted to a variety of arrangements, enabling events of all sizes, including auditorium seating, classrooms, private meeting space, and cocktail events. The 2,400 sf main auditorium can transform into 6 separate classrooms with the use of an acoustic partition system, which can be arranged and stored with a push of a button.

Built for hybrid-learning, each conference space is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology and offers guests a full-suite of services including audiovisual, broadcasting, publication, and on-site catering. With the capacity to accommodate groups of up to 460 people as well as small, intimate gatherings, the event space at Cure proves to be one of the city's most flexible and cutting-edge meeting venues.
